Data Disclaimer

Roster data, published match results, school costs and academic information may change or be incomplete. RosterFit provides this information for recruiting research and planning, not as a guarantee of an outcome.

UTR or WTN values you enter in your profile are optional, self-reported inputs. RosterFit uses the information you provide to personalize estimated fit; it does not verify those inputs with the rating providers. Demo inputs are examples until you change them. Fit labels, scores and projections are RosterFit assessments, not official UTR or WTN ratings or assessments.

Team Strength is based on published dual-match results. The separate fit model also uses a historical calibration derived from legacy team-rating estimates to interpret self-reported ratings. Team Strength and personalized fit are different measures; neither represents provider endorsement. Kiosk and landing demos use historical team-rating estimates for illustrative comparisons, rather than the full personalized fit model.

RosterFit is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to UTR Sports, the ITF World Tennis Number, the NCAA, the NAIA, the NJCAA, the ITA, or any college or university listed in the app.

UTR and Universal Tennis Rating are trademarks of Universal Tennis, LLC. WTN and World Tennis Number are trademarks of the International Tennis Federation (ITF). NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and ITA are trademarks of their respective organizations. All other product, school, and organization names are the property of their respective owners.

RosterFit references these names only to identify the ratings and organizations they describe. These references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by the trademark owners. RosterFit estimates are not provider-issued ratings.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we work hard to keep data current and accurate, RosterFit makes no warranty, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness of any information provided.

Rosters change, players transfer, ratings update, scholarship availability shifts, recruiting rules evolve, admissions standards vary, and cost-of-attendance figures are revised by institutions at their discretion.

Use RosterFit as a starting point for research, not as a definitive source. Contact coaches, admissions offices, financial aid offices, and the relevant governing organizations directly to confirm all details that matter to your decision.

Recruiting Guidance Disclaimer

RosterFit provides informational tools, estimated fit guidance, and recruiting research support. It does not guarantee admission, athletic recruitment, roster placement, scholarship offers, financial aid, coach interest, or any particular recruiting outcome.

Any school matches, fit scores, recommendations, estimated roster opportunities, or recruiting insights shown in the app are intended to help users organize their search and should not be treated as guarantees or official evaluations by a college program.

Beta Service

RosterFit is currently in beta. Features, data, methodologies, recommendations, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

User Accounts & Data

Account creation and authentication are handled by Clerk. Profile data entered into RosterFit — including UTR, WTN, GPA, SAT/ACT information if provided, graduation year, preferences, and recruiting goals — is used to generate personalized fit results and improve the product experience.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Contact & Data Corrections

If you spot incorrect data — including a wrong roster, outdated rating, missing program, inaccurate coach information, or another issue — use the Feedback button inside the app. We review submissions and prioritize data corrections where appropriate.
