Privacy Policy

Who this is for — ages 13 and up

RosterFit is intended for student-athletes, parents, and coaches, and is available only to people who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or collect personal information from, children under 13. Account creation includes an age check, and anyone who indicates they are under 13 is not permitted to register.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us using the Feedback tool in the app and we will delete it. Parents and guardians are encouraged to be involved in a recruit's account and can help manage it.

Information we collect

You choose what to enter. Depending on how you use RosterFit, this may include:

• Account details handled by our authentication provider, Clerk (email, name, sign-in info).
• Recruiting profile you enter — UTR/WTN, GPA, SAT/ACT, graduation year, gender, home city and state, target divisions/regions/programs, playing style, coach/academy, highlight video links, and NCAA Eligibility Center ID if provided.
• Saved schools, comparisons, feedback you submit, and basic usage needed to run the service.

We ask for home city and state, not precise location, and most fields are optional.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to generate your personalized fit results, cost estimates, and recruiting research, to operate and improve the product, and to respond to feedback. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers (such as Clerk for authentication and our hosting/database providers) to run RosterFit; they process data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile at any time in the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data using the Feedback tool. Because you control what you enter, you can also simply remove information from your profile.

Data retention & security

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
